As part of our growth strategy we are now urgently looking for high caliber and talented individuals  for the position of:
Service Administration - Balikpapan

Lokasi Kerja di : Balikpapan
Responsibilities:

    Create work order, input WO number in DBS system, prepare any facilities/tools needed and collect data/document for job opening
    Calculate mechanics working hour based on DRA (Daily Record Activity), input data into DBS and file hard copy of attachment bills to customer
    Identify and collect the data needed for certain process, check its copleteness, and input the data into system
    Provide filing system; collect and input all service related data/document
    Check the actuality of data, arrange the data based on its priority scale and category    
    Input all necessary details needed for claim process, prepare event chronology, monitor claim status, and conduct pre contest if the claim is rejected
    Check data/document for job closing; input service report; prepare, deliver and monitor invoice to customer .

Requirements:

    Male or Female
    Minimum D3 any major
    Good knowledge with SAP system
    Proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential.
    Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
    Able to work as individual or team, Attention to detail of work,
    Able to work with computer and literate
    Able to work under time target & estimation,Problem Solver,Transfer knowledge to customer / team
